Insurance Coverage

We at Perfect Posture Chiropractic and Wellness accept extended health insurance and employee benefits.

Direct Billing with Insurance Plans

We directly bill many major extended health insurers. Please find the list of extended health insurers bellow:

Understand your Insurance Policy

Insurance policies differ, even within the same company. Your plan may have specific restrictions that you may need to familiarize yourself with:

Partial Coverage

If your plan does not cover 100% of the treatment fee, all costs not covered by your plan must be paid by you.

Annual Deductible

Some plans will have a deductible, which is the amount that you need to pay out of your own pocket before your insurance covers.

Payment to Insured Member

In these situations, the insurance reimburses you rather than the clinic.

Manual Claim Submission

Some plans require you to manually submit claims, which means sending in receipts and applying for reimbursement.

Per-Visit Limits

There might be a cap on your coverage per visit.

Contact your insurance company to verify specific details of your plan, such as annual limits, coverage percentage and required documents (e.g. doctor's referral).

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)

If you're involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA), auto insurance may pay for chiropractic care, physiotherapy and massage therapy to help your recovery. We help with MVA claims and provide direct billing wherever possible.
